1. How did you get introduced to Anne of Green Gables?
As early as I can remember the movies and books were always in my home. (Oh, and when I say books, I mean at least three sets. Now, we have closer to five full sets.) As for the movies, I watched those VHS tapes over and over! (Thank goodness for DVDs now.)
2. Are you more like Anne or Diana? Why?
Anne. I'm not really much of a Diana at all really. But with Anne, I can be dramatic and romantic and imaginative, and troublesome, and confused, and frustrated...you're getting the idea, right? But, I will say that I'm not as forward or as social as the redhead.
3. If Rachel Lynde called your hair as red as carrots how would you react?
Um, at this point in my life, sticks and stones. It simply wouldn't bother me.
4. Gilbert or Morgan Harris?
Are you kidding? Gilbert!!
5. Honest opinion on the third Anne film.
NOPE! Never can watch it and never will watch it. I've seen clips/trailers and whatnot and I am NOT interested!

Negative. I mean, the movies we have are perfect, don't mess with success!
7. What in your own words is a Kindred Spirit?
Someone who truly 'gets' the parts of you that no one else seems to. And someone you can relate to in return. You know what I mean?
8. Movie Gilbert or Green Gables Fables Gilbert?
I don't watch the GGF because they wouldn't be my thing therefore, MOVIE GILBERT!
9. Does anyone know where we can watch Road to Avonlea online?
No, sorry. My sister was gifted the DVDs for Christmas over the years, that's the only way I've watched them.
10. Favourite book cover? Oh! I just answered this.
11. The Films or The Books?
Well, how much time do you have? If you're going on a road trip, I'd suggest the books but if you need something to do on a rainy autumn day--movie anyone?? ;D

ReplyDeleteYou own so many of the Anne books?! That's awesome! I own a complete set, with two extra copies of Anne of Green Gables, and one extra copy of each Anne of Avonlea and Anne's house of Dreams. I kind of collect them...I buy any I see at used book sales &c.!
