I knew him first as Professor Snape, and at the age of 12, generally knew him to be a villain or the bad guy of the Harry Potter series. Therefore I 'hated' him for being the bad guy. (I learned better as the series continued, and eventually, drew to its conclusion.)
Then I came to love him as Colonel Brandon, from Emma Thompson's adaption of Sense and Sensibility. He was so caring, understanding, thoughtful, and kind.

Yes I am considering it! But I am a procrastinator and don't know if I'll be able to post as much as I want. I hardly post on the blogs I already have and don't know if I'll be able to keep up with another. But it might give me an excuse to write more since I am already on blogger :)

I just saw this!! I learned this year when it happened but I didn't know that you did a post!! Thank you!!! My sisters and I first knew him as Snape, then one day the second time we were watching S&S (The first time we were little) and you know how he appers, my older sister yelled, "It's Snape!!" So every time after we say, "It's Snape!" when he comes on. Have you ever seen Galaxy Quest? It is a really weird mix of STAR WARS and Star Trek which has him in it. As I said, it is super weird, but it is a quotable classic!! Thank you for the GREAT post!!!!!!!
